  • none of the listed products contain retinol, which may be harmful to your fetus/nursing baby. 
  • there are mixed reviews of whether these skin products worked to prevent or remove stretch marks

  • A baby who is exclusively breastfeeding should take Vitamin D 400 IU daily
  • I also have recommendations for mother’s prenatal and postnatal vitamin. I have ensured that the supplement contains ALL the recommended daily allowances (RDA) for each vitamin and mineral!

  • I personally loved the Peg Perego high chair due to the easy cleaning material, multiple reclining positions, 5 point harness, double tray feature, compact folding, etc. However, other popular brands offer convertible options for your growing child and are more affordable.

  • Although you may start to introduce solids beginning at 4 months, AAP recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months after birth! Though, you may start planning and shopping now!
